We are pleased to announce that Gary and Liz both took part in this year’s Sand to City Bike ride for St David’s Hospice Care!

2 DAYS | 158 miles | 8,800ft | 1 CAUSE

The Sand to City Ride took place on Friday the 24th of June, starting at Tenby and finishing in Newport on Saturday the 25th of June.

Day 1 began at Tenby and finished in Swansea after 81 miles and a 5,500ft ascent.

They then continued on from Swansea on day 2 for 78 miles and a 3,300ft ascent, until finally reaching Newport.

Here they were welcomed with a celebratory finish buffet at The St David’s Centre!

This was all done for an extremely special cause. St David’s Hospice Care is committed to providing bespoke, individual care for all patients and their families. Working alongside patients, they support them at the most difficult times of their lives. Gary and Liz are thrilled that they were able to raise just over £1,000.
