On Saturday the 11th of June, Gareth, Liz and James took part in and completed the 45 mile Dalmatian bike ride on behalf of St David’s Hospice Care, Newport.

They managed to complete the ride in just over 4 and a half hours, with a few stops along the way to take in the scenery. Gareth said, “It was such an enjoyable ride and all done for a great cause!”.
