Gary and Liz will be marshalling the 3 Peaks of Wales a week Saturday for St. David's Hospice Care. This will be Gary and Liz's 5th year supporting St. David's Hospice Care, as they climb the three highest peaks in Wales!
This weekend Gary and Liz are taking part in this year's Region to Region charity bike ride.

A total of 31 riders undertook and completed the challenge and already raised over £10,000 for St. David's Hospice Care Newport.
This weekend Gary and Liz are taking part in this year's Region to Region charity bike ride. The event, which will feature Newport Gwent Dragons players and former players, will raise money to support the continued work of St David’s Hospice Care.
